Who we are

LessFuzz is a social media and website management agency based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website and our services.

You can reach us at [email protected].

02

What data we collect

We only collect what we need to work with you. This includes:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, and any details you include in your message.
  • Discovery call booking: your name and email, collected via Google Calendar when you schedule a call.
  • Client onboarding: business name, social media credentials (via secure handover), website access, and billing details.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, or identity documents) and we do not use your data for cross-site advertising. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect the interaction data described in section 08.

03

Why we collect it

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiry or message.
  • To schedule and run a discovery call.
  • To deliver the services described in your plan (social media management, website management, or both).
  • To send service-related communications (invoices, updates, reports).

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making.

04

Legal basis

We process your data on the following grounds under the GDPR:

  • Contract performance: processing is necessary to deliver the services you have engaged us for.
  • Legitimate interests: responding to enquiries and running our business, where this does not override your rights.
  • Legal obligation: retaining records as required by Dutch law (e.g. invoicing).
  • Consent: analytics and session replay only run if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
05

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as we have an active working relationship with you, plus two years after the contract ends. This allows us to answer any questions about work we did together and meet our legal obligations.

Enquiry data from contacts who did not become clients is deleted within six months of the last communication.

06

Third parties

We use a small number of third-party tools to run our business:

  • Google Calendar: for scheduling discovery calls. Google processes your name and email when you book.
  • Cloudflare: hosts this website. No personal data is stored by Cloudflare beyond standard server logs.
  • Microsoft Clarity: website analytics and session replay, loaded only if you accept analytics cookies. See section 08.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. Ever.

07

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: request deletion of your data, where we have no legal obligation to retain it.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdrawal of consent: turn off analytics cookies at any time, as described in section 08.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses functional cookies, the bare minimum required to serve the site correctly. Those carry no tracking and are always active because the site cannot work without them.

We also use Microsoft Clarity for website analytics and session replay. Clarity is loaded only after you press Accept in the cookie banner. If you press Decline, or if you leave the banner alone, the Clarity script is never added to the page, no request is made to Microsoft, and no analytics cookie is set.

Once you accept, Clarity collects:

  • Interaction data: pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth, mouse and touch movement, referring page, and general device, browser, and country information.
  • Session recordings: a replay of how you moved through the site. Clarity masks text content by default, so what you type into a form is not captured.
  • Heatmaps: aggregated maps of where visitors click and how far down a page they scroll.

Microsoft Corporation acts as the processor for this data and stores it on its own infrastructure. Their handling of it is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We ask only for analytics consent. Advertising storage is switched off in our configuration, so Clarity is never told it may store data for advertising purposes.

Changing your mind: select Cookie Settings in the footer of the home page. That clears your stored choice and brings the banner back, so you can decline instead. Declining also tells Clarity to drop the cookies it had set. You can email us at [email protected] if you would rather we handled it for you.
